Managing components

When I tap on components, then tap manage, I see all these boxes of upgrades for each club. But I dont know how to move then over to swap the lessor one and I see no instruction or "how to" do this. Can any of you players help? Thanks.

If you tap the component it will say “temporally unequippe” then you can trade places
