Please be advised that players will no longer receive daily crystal rewards from Match mode once they drop a tier lower than the highest tier they have attained so far.
As an example, we are currently ranked Pro-2 on Match mode and about to receive x0 Crystals. The highest tier that we have achieved so far is Pro-3 and since we are currently below this tier, we won't be able to receive Crystals.
This was decided due to players who are abusing the Crystal Rewards on the daily Match ranking and intentionally dropping down tiers for easier matches. We hope we are able to clarify this to your and should there be anything else, please feel free to send us again a message.
