Hi William, thank you for taking the time to post your concern about the game. Please be informed that the reset game feature was removed on our previous game update. However, should you ever need to reset your game's progress, you may simply reinstall the game and create a new character.
I tried that and it would automatically go back to old user name. I have deleted and reinstalled game twice
Hi Robert Pucket! I understand that you like to start over again in the game. I also would like to apologize for the trouble this has caused you. The reason why you're still going back to your old character is that you are currently using the email account you linked from your old character. I highly recommend making a new Google Play (if you're using an Android device) or Game Center (if you're using an iOS device) account and reinstalling the game.
