I lost my account and everything that goes with it. I was at level 14 but for some reason when coming back off forums to play it had me starting all over again. Don’t know what happened but very frustrated! Sent a ticket to support but they said a new account was created, how and why? But right now it’s frustrating because I don’t want to start over !
